Urgent Scam Alert: Fake Hotel Reservation Emails
It has come to our attention that some conference attendees have received fraudulent emails regarding hotel accommodation for APASL Oncology 2026 Tokyo.
These emails typically come from senders such as "Housing GT" or "Global Travel Host" (e.g., from domains like @gtravelhost.com), claiming to help secure hotel reservations in Bunkyo/Tokyo. They may ask for your travel dates, credit card details, or personal information.
Please be aware that these companies are NOT affiliated with APASL Oncology 2026 or the University of Tokyo in any way. This is a known scam ("housing piracy") intended to obtain financial information.
What you should do:
- DO NOT reply to these emails.
- DO NOT click on any links provided in them.
- DO NOT provide your credit card information or travel dates.
- Please mark the email as spam and delete it immediately.

【重要】不審なホテル宿泊予約メールに関する注意喚起
現在、本学会（APASL Oncology 2026 Tokyo）の参加者様宛に、**「Housing GT」や「Global Travel Host」**などの旅行業者を名乗る不審なメールが送信されている事例が報告されています。
これらのメールは「ホテルの確保を手伝う」と称して、渡航日程やクレジットカード情報等の個人情報を聞き出そうとしますが、本学会および東京大学とは一切関係のない詐欺業者です。
対応について：
- 当該メールには絶対に返信しないでください。
- 記載されたリンクをクリックしたり、クレジットカード情報等の個人情報を入力したりしないでください。
- メールは開封せず、削除してください。
正規の連絡先について：
本学会事務局からの正規の連絡は、下記のメールアドレスのみから送信されます。 【 info@apasl-oncology2026tokyo.org 】 不審なメールを受け取られた場合や、判断に迷われる場合は、上記事務局までお問い合わせください。
